The Silversea Guest
Silversea guests are typically affluent, educated and well-travelled with sophisticated tastes. They are looking for luxury, attention to detail, pampering & comfort. They rate value and experience over price. Ultra-luxury clients are interested in the experience and service levels and are less likely to shop around.
The average age of a Silversea guest is 50+. In the Mediterranean or Caribbean the average age drops to 45-55 years. Of course, this is an average and many younger guests thoroughly enjoy the Silversea experience.
40% of brand new to Silversea guests have never cruised before. They would typically have stayed at resorts and hotels such as The Four Seasons or One & Only Resorts. Once guests experience Silversea, they come back for more and more. Children are welcome onboard but there are no formal organised facilities.
